ABOUT ME

I'm Caron, a Transformational Coach, Going Beyond the Veil Facilitator, and Reiki Master Teacher.

I believe that somewhere beneath all the expectations, experiences, responsibilities and beliefs we accumulate throughout life, there is a deeper sense of who we really are, and that reconnecting with that part of ourselves can change everything.

My work is about transformation, and I offer a safe, supportive space to pause, reflect, explore and discover what comes next. I'm not here to tell you who you should be or what your life should look like, I'm here to help you discover that for yourself.

My journey

Like many people, I've had my share of challenges. For a long time, I lived life on autopilot, following the path I thought I was supposed to follow without stopping to ask myself:

Who am I? What do I actually want? And what would my life look like if I lived it my way?

Learning Reiki in 2016 was a turning point for me.

I thought I was just learning an energy healing practice, but it was the start of a much bigger journey. Reiki opened the door to a profound shift in my consciousness and awareness and began a process of discovering who I really was and, just as importantly, unlearning who I'd been taught to be.

Over time, I began to question the beliefs, expectations and habits that had shaped my life. I stepped outside my comfort zone and made difficult and courageous decisions. I learned to honour my values, create healthier boundaries and prioritise my own wellbeing. I let go of a lifestyle that was no longer healthy for me and gradually became more comfortable with who I am and how I want to live.

It wasn't always easy, but my own transformation led me to the work I do now. I discovered something incredibly valuable: we can change the way we see ourselves, the beliefs we carry, the choices we make and the way we approach our lives. It all starts when we pause, reflect and ask: What do I really want?

And when we begin to change our inner world, our outer world begins to change too.

A little more about my work

I'm a qualified Life Coach (course accredited by the National Council of Integrative Psychotherapists), a certified Going Beyond the Veil Facilitator and a Reiki Master Practitioner and Teacher (member of the UK Reiki Federation).

I teach Reiki in Nottingham and offer distance Reiki, transformational coaching, and Going Beyond the Veil sessions online via Zoom.

Each of these offerings is different, but they share something at their heart: creating space for you to reconnect, explore and transform.

There's no right place to start, just start wherever you feel drawn.
